Open Kitchen Policy
Our kitchens work around the clock, and we are always keen on complying with the highest hygiene, quality, and food safety standards. So we welcome everyone, without exception, to visit our kitchens at any time and without prior reservation. We have nothing to hide!
The quality control team makes unannounced periodic visits to all the service locations and conducts opinion surveys on the food quality and the services provided to the beneficiaries. All of these questionnaires are documented and discussed with the operations team to work on correcting the mistakes and continuously develop the services and products offered to the client.
